To ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all of our users, we have established our Terms of Use. They spell out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please note that by accessing any area of Elinksmart.net, you agree to be bound and to abide by these Terms of Use. We also strongly advise you to see our full privacy policy statement. Elinksmart.net is owned and operated by Elinksmart Co., Ltd. Any reference in these Terms of Use to Elinksmart.net shall include reference to Elinksmart Co., Ltd and their respective employees and agents.

Compliance with laws
Elinksmart Co., Ltd. is a company incorporated under the laws of China. We operate in Shenzhen China and comply with all the laws and regulations of China. All our products are in compliance with all the requirements and specifications under the laws of China. We are not in a position to guarantee compliance with specific local requirements or specifications under the local jurisdictions of customers.
We recommend delivery services for shipping of the products you ordered. However, should you prefer other delivery services or forwarders, you may contact us or make your own arrangement. Our products and shipment fees are denominated in US dollars with local currencies equivalent for reference. All orders placed are transacted in US dollars.

Order Terms
Our order terms are contained in the Help page under the sections headed Ordering and Shipping and Delivery. All orders are subject to these order terms in addition to these Terms of Use.

Use of forwarder
We recommend delivery services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder. We disclaim any liability whatsoever and you assume all risks and liabilities associated with its use.
However, you are free to choose other delivery services or use whichever forwarder for the delivery. In case you wish to use a forwarder which is different from our own suggestion, please contact our Customer Service Representative by phone +86 13145804866 during office hours or by e-mail: info@elinksmart.net. The delivery time may take longer if you choose your own forwarder.

Free shipping
In case you choose to use the forwarder that we recommended and your order reaches a particular Net Order Amount as specified in our FAQ, we will pay the shipping fee to the forwarder on your behalf. Your order will be shipped by the shipping method specified for free.

This site may currently only be used as a shopping resource or to conduct on-line communications. Resale Purpose is Not Permitted
All products sold are for customers’ use only and shall not be commercially resold. Elinksmart.net may refuse any purchasing order which it suspects is for commercial resale.

Title of Products, Documents and Fees to Import
All title of products will be passed to customer when order is dispatched by Elinksmart.net. Elinksmart.net will deliver the products according to customer’s instructions. For many international shipments you may be required to pay customs and duties, obtain certain license or apply for registration of your purchased products in your own country to receive delivery of your package. The customs charge and/ or import regulation is determined completely by the government of your country, and as such we have no control over those costs or regulations. As such, Elinksmart.net will not pay, nor be held responsible, for such costs or arrange for application of import license. By continuing with you order you agree to be responsible for any customs or duties incurred as a result of your country’s customs and duties regulations as well as obtaining any import registrations or license required for the products you are purchasing. If the package is rejected by the customs of your home country or otherwise and returned to Elinksmart.net you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price.
